|The 2010 Summer storm season was one of the slowest on record down here in
the Florida Keys with literally no good lightning photography opportunities.
Instead I devoted most of my time to intercepting possible waterspouts in the
near shore waters of the Florida Keys. This was also one of the toughest seasons
on record, with just a few waterspouts reported and virtual dry conditions for
waterspouts and summer time thunderstorms in general here in Florida Keys.
